Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
